Located on the Choctawhatchee Bay across the street from the Gulf of Mexico on the beautiful Emerald Coast with white sand beaches and turquoise water. Hermitage By the Bay offers private bayfront condominiums, swimming pool, dog walking area, grills and picnic tables bayfront while being just across the street from the beach, The Boardwalk with restaurants/nightlife. The Gulfarium and many more restaurants and shops are surrounding you. Just 5 miles to the Destin bridge and 1 miles from downtown Ft. Walton Beach.

We recently purchased in January 2024 and added fresh paint to walls and ceilings. Located by so many fun things to do, dining, nightlife and shopping yet secluded in our own private escape. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa for added lodging options and fully stocked kitchen for dining in. There are so many boat rental options within walking distance of the condo for a fun day on the Bay, Sound and Crab Island in Destin. Looking to bring your own boat? Brooks Bridge Marina is 2 minutes away. You can pick up the gang bayfront at the condo after picking up your boat at the marina (slips are privately owned.)
